A tenant improvement in Gilbert that turned an empty commercial shell into a pickup facility, on a two-month deadline. I was the superintendent on this project.

The work started with a bare concrete slab and block walls. Underground plumbing was trenched through the slab, then metal stud walls, tall framing and circular ceiling features went up before drywall, all on a tight schedule.
