A new 12,000 square foot custom home on a top lot on Scottsdale Mountain. I was the superintendent on this build, from the hillside foundation work through framing to the finished home.
Building on a steep mountain lot meant stepped foundations and heavy rebar work cut into the hillside before the house could go vertical. The finished home has walls of glass, terraces and glass-rail stairs that take advantage of the mountain and valley views.
