I’ve seen property from every side.
I grew up on Arizona job sites. By my twenties I was running construction on custom homes in North Scottsdale, and I spent the years after that designing and drawing buildings for a living. Now I help people buy and sell. That background means I understand a house as a whole: how it was put together, what the floor plan will allow, what a remodel would really involve, and how all of that shows up in what it’s worth. It makes for a different conversation than square footage and comparable sales, and when it’s time to make an offer, it gives us something real to work with.
And I work with lenders who can help turn the plan into a loan, including remodel and construction financing.
Financing is provided by independent lenders, not by me or Perk Prop Real Estate. Loan programs, approval and terms depend on the lender and your qualifications. You’re always free to choose your own lender.
