Property Feasibility Check
Thinking about buying, building, remodeling or rebuilding? I can go through the property with you and help you understand what is realistic, what to verify and what could change your decision — from the lot and the layout to water, sewer, septic, drainage and permits.
What it covers
Every property is different, so the scope is set when we talk. In general, a feasibility check looks at:
- The lot: access, slope, drainage and what the ground is likely to cost you
- The existing structure, where there is one, and what the layout will allow
- Water and wastewater: utility, well or septic, and what each one means here
- Permits, zoning, HOA or design review, and anything historic
- What to verify before you commit, and who is the right person to ask

A feasibility check is a professional opinion for planning purposes only. It is not an engineering report, architectural design, survey, appraisal or home inspection. Verify conditions with the appropriate licensed professionals and local authorities.
